Improving your SUP Surfing takes as much mental toughness as it does physical ability. Some are intimated by the ocean and waves while others boast a confidence and attitude that has them itching to get wet. In all cases you will be in good hands during your first day on the water and excited to continue into the next.

On the Water Assessment

Before you even arrive in Costa Rica we gather information on your experience and goals to prepare for your SUP Camp week. During your first session we will safely orientate you to the ocean and break. Each level SUP Surfer is grouped together with a dedicated SUP Coach for the week. On the water your SUP Coach will be by your side observing level-specific skills to best determine the flow of your week's coaching program. On occasion groups are re-shuffled. 

Back On Land

Back at our SUP Camp home you will be welcomed with a much deserved and delicious freshly prepared lunch made with local ingredients; the meals are specifically designed to healthily fuel your performance throughout the week.

After a little down time or midday bodywork session we regroup for video analysis followed by a relevant workshop or lesson.

Afternoon Session

Armed with fresh SUP Surfing insights you will be excited to get back on the water and put your newly developing skills to the test. This is the ideal time to focus on that one change and begin building muscle memory. Through this process you will be better positioned to take your new knowledge back home and continue progressing.
